Who are you?
PrimeThreads is a division of Fruper.com. We sell cool t-shirts and nothing else, plain and simple. Our quantities are limited and when they’re gone, they’re gone.
What are your prices?
Our shirts are $9.99 each. Each day, we’ll offer one and only one for the low, low price of $5.99. Shipping in the continental United States is a flat $3.00.
When do you ship and how long will it take for me to get my shirt(s)?
We only sell what we have in stock. Each shirt will ship from our business in Illinois . We promise to ship it within 2-3 business days of your placing your order.
How’s your customer support/service?
Email us if you have a question. We’ll try to get back with you quickly. And yes, we do have a return policy. That policy is that we generally don’t accept returns. We check each and every shirt before we ship it to you, so we know it’s in good shape. We suggest that if you get it and end up not liking it, try to sell it on ebay because you’ll probably make a couple of bucks that way. If you have a really good reason for wanting to return it to us, go ahead and send us your reasons. Maybe we’ll reconsider. Obviously if the shirt is defective, we’ll get you a replacement or refund (our choice). But we don’t think that will be an issue because we don’t send out defective shirts.

About our shirts:
So you think PrimeThreads is just another ol' T-Shirt company? WRONG! First, every tee is printed on the finest quality of cotton shirt material. Second, to ensure customer satisfaction (regarding tee quality) and to smooth its operation, our shirts were printed at our private facility by our experienced printing staff. Each shirt is made in Honduras or Haiti and printed at your mom's. (Yes, we're serious. Don't believe us? Just look at the tag-less tag!) We've also taken the extra step to make our shirts more comfortable by removing those stupid tags and printing all the shirt information directly on the shirt. Last, with all of those advantages, all of the our prices are very affordable!
